Hey Dan, Saw your nice image of the C170 up on Eagle Glacier in the Chugach in Alaska Magazine. Please inform the publisher that the Chugach range IS NOT West of Anchorage. It is NE, E and SE but I don’t think you can get there by taking off from Anchorage and heading West. 😉

Thanks, Dave. Big oops on my part! I have to take full blame for the goof up, because I sent in the caption. Coming from Fort Collins, Colorado, where the mountains are to the west, I seem to always get mixed up when it comes to east/west here. After four years, I still can’t seem to get it right! 😀
