Gear

As well all know, outdoor photography is a very gear-intensive pursuit and we spend a great deal of money on cameras, lenses, flashes, lighting, bags, memory cards and cases and other hardwear that helps us create our imagery.

I have two gear pages on this site. My Gear is a list of the gear that I personally use in my photography business. Most of it has been been put through the test, and sometimes dragged through the dirt during my career as a pro adventure and outdoor photographer. What can I say, the stuff works for me, maybe some of it will work for you.

There’s obviously a lot of gear that I haven’t tried, so as a service to outdoor photographers, I’ve created a page called Top Rated Photo Gear, which is a list of most popular items that other photographers out there are buying and using.
