Enjoy a\u00a0half-day or\u00a0full-day custom tour to photograph Alaska brown bears\u00a0in Lake Clark National Park or\u00a0the famed Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park.\u00a0Not only do you get to view\u00a0and photograph the bears from a relatively close vantage point and watch\u00a0them interact in their natural, wild environments, you’ll have a private photo guide who\u00a0will help you get the best possible photos from your trip.<\/p>\n

Your day\u00a0will begin with a 60-90 minute air taxi bush flight over the cook inlet, with spectacular\u00a0views of the rugged Neacola Mountains, and two massive volcanos, Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Iliamna. After landing on the lake or the beach, depending on the location, you’ll receive a short orientation about the area, meet up with your naturalist guide, and then\u00a0have a few hours to explore and photograph the area and watch the wildlife before flying back to Anchorage.<\/p>\n

Ideal viewing locations provide excellent\u00a0opportunities\u00a0to capture world-class photos of these amazing animals as they dig for clams,\u00a0wander in the green coastal meadows\u00a0and fish for salmon.<\/p>\n

Every trip brings a unique set of viewing experiences; there’s a good chancel you’ll see\u00a0a mama and cubs, young bears frolicking and playing together as well as\u00a0full\u00a0grown, dominant males who weigh close to 1,000 lbs.\u00a0These are the same\u00a0locations the top professionals visit when they photograph bears in Alaska,\u00a0and\u00a0you’ll have the very same access and potential photo-ops.<\/p>\n
