This is an easy-to-read, pocket-sized how-to guide<\/strong> for taking great\u00a0pictures in the outdoors.\u00a0Written in a very concise style,\u00a0Adventure Photography<\/a>\u00a0offers a wide array of information tips and photo examples\u00a0that will help you improve your technique and your understanding of the basic factors that go into shooting compelling photographs.<\/p>\n I’m really excited about this release, because I feel it appeals to a VERY wide audience. Just about everyone loves to take photos outside, but not everyone uses an expensive camera or has any aspirations for being a pro.<\/p>\n Most people love photography as a hobby and a passion\u00a0for creative expression\u00a0and escape from the busy-ness\u00a0of life, although they may not have time, nor the interest to read a\u00a0300 page book that’s filled with extensive detail and advanced techniques<\/a>, they want something to\u00a0give them simple tips about how to take more exciting pictures.<\/p>\n That’s where this book comes in. In\u00a0Adventure Photography<\/a>, I present simple, tried and true tips that you can use and remember, and more importantly, it’s\u00a0small enough to take with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n With a published\u00a0size of only 7″ x 4.5″, and 155 pages, it easily fits in your\u00a0backpack, camera bag and most jacket pockets. You’ll get more likes.<\/p>\n I am fairly advanced (technically) and while this book has a lot of great and useful technical information in it, I especially liked reading Dan's thoughts and concepts on what makes an interesting photograph - including framing, what to leave in the image, what to exclude, why the edges of the frame are so important, etc. What spoke to me is how he describes the art of taking the photograph.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Full of insight and practical advice on getting that great shot, Dan Bailey's guide to adventure photography is essential for the beginner photographer!<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Includes guides to camera settings, photo composition and practical elements like how best to carry and travel with equipment.
